Product Sales and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be only delivered to areas within the Republic of South Africa. All prices shown on our site are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products or services ordered by you are not available.

Coupons

Please note that coupons are not applicable for items ordered on subscription, toolkits or for items that are already on sale/discount. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Subscriptions

Our subscription option enables you to get your favourite Oil Science products delivered to you monthly. You can save as much as 45% when ordering products on monthly subscription. Please note that coupons do not apply to monthly subscription orders.

If you have ordered a product on monthly subscription, a new order will automatically be placed exactly a month later.

You can cancel your subscription, after your 4th recurring order has been paid and processed, in the “My Account” section when logged in on our website.

Content Errors

We regret that no order will be accepted if we identify a material error in the description of any of our goods or services or their prices on our website. Packaging may vary from that shown on our website.

Pricing

You will be charged the prices that are reflected online, subject to availability and delivery address. Specific products are variable/random mass items. The average mass of such product may be indicated online as a guide to the cost; you will be charged slightly more or less, depending on the actual weight of the product delivered to you. The prices include Value-Added Tax.

• Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
• Special promotions apply only to items on your original online order (i.e. not on items which are added after the order was placed).
• Discount vouchers are only applicable to items that are not on sale.
• A delivery fee will be charged for each order you place that does not exceed R950.

Payment

When you order online, there are multiple ways that you can pay for the product.

• Direct Bank transfer: Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until then. This payment method is only available for once-off orders.
• PayFast: PayFast offers an instant bank transfer so your payment will be immediate. This payment method is available for both once-off orders and Subscription Club orders.

Order will be processed as soon as payment reflects in our account.
If for any reason, payment doesn’t go through, we will be in touch to discuss alternative ways that we can fulfil your order.

Giveaways/Competitions:

The competition/giveaway is available to South African residents only and the  prize will be couriered to the winner free of charge (delivery address needs to be based in South Africa). The winners will be chosen using a randomizer function and will be announced on our social pages and will be contacted directly by us. You can enter as many times as you like but you may only tag a friend/username once, tagging the same person multiple times constitutes spam, and you will be disqualified. The prize is not transferable for cash and the competition/giveaway is not endorsed by Instagram or any of its affiliates. Please look out for the expiry of the competition/giveaway. Ensure you like the post, are following us on the required social page and please follow the required steps to be entered in the competition.

While we will use reasonable endeavour to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Oil Science website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, concerning its accuracy.

The Oil Science website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made.
