What is our Subscription Plan?

Oil Science has launched a Subscription plan to help people achieve a healthy balance at a great price.  The plan allows people to get their CBD on a recurring basis, delivered to their door, without having to make a manual payment each time.  And, if it’s not working for you, it can be cancelled immediately, with no notice period, just like Netflix.

So the natural question you want to ask is: “Why should I sign up?” Well, we’ve laid out the benefits below:

  • You don’t have to place an order – our system does it for you.
  • Delivered direct to an address of your choosing
  • You can cancel it anytime. (Just like netflix)
  • Flexible recurring intervals of between 1-8 weeks.

We’ve listed the most frequent questions that we get asked, about our subscription plan, below:

  • How do I sign up to subscription?

When you are on the product page, please select the “/ month” option before adding the product to your basket/cart.

  • What options do I have to pay for the subscription order?

There are 2 ways to pay for your subscription

  1. Credit card
  2. Manual EFT (Bank Transfer) each time your order goes through. For more information on this call us on 073 451 2690
  • Can I collect my subscription?

If you are based in Cape Town, you are welcome to collect your subscription from our head office in Salt River, Cape Town. There are a few easy steps we will require you to do in order for this to occur, please call us on 073 451 2690

  • If I want to extend or reduce my payment intervals, how do I do this?

The default recurring payment interval is 4 weeks.  If you use your oil quicker or slower, you can increase or decrease the time between payments.  You simply need to contact us via phone (073 451 2690) or email us ( to let us know what recurring payment intervals you would like.

  • Can I change the items in my subscription?

Yes you are welcome to make changes to your subscription. Please just let us know about any changes 3 days prior to the next debit order going off.

You are welcome to change the strength, the flavour, add or even remove items.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

There are 2 easy ways to cancel your subscription:

  1. Online: Login to your account on our website, go to My Account and then My Subscriptions and cancel from there
